Lonely Roller Brewing

Brand development and packaging design for a brewery that allowed me to do something a little different with their new trio of beers.

THE PROCESS

This client was a unique one, and probably one of my favorites. They came to me with three beers, and a challenge… to build a brand unlike any others on the beer market at the time. To make something that would jump of the shelf and make a passer-by ask you what the hell you were drinking. Armed with that challenge and my personal passion for a brewski, I set out to create something special.

As a proud father of twin girls, I’ve worn floral straw hats with pink feather boas, I’ve had my makeup done in more ways than I can count and I have partaken in many-a tea parties. Whatever my ladies want, I roll with it. But every time I attended these soirees I had nothing to drink… so I thought what if I made a brand for the girl dad? What if I made a beer that didn’t feel out of place amongst unicorns and rainbows? What if it embraced that aesthetic and proudly stood out on the shelf amongst its amber brethren, dripping in hot pink, purple, and sparkles… as I do every weekend?
