Brand development, logo creation, and website design for an ultra-luxury
residential project along Sarasota's stunning coastline.

THE PROCESS

En Pointe is a boutique collection of luxury residences in one of Florida’s wealthiest cities. With Sarasota’s recent shift towards a younger, affluent demographic, I aimed to create a brand that was modern and vibrant, not old-fashioned.

The logo features nautical-inspired typography with a squared point for a contemporary touch, reflecting the residences’ clean, European-inspired design.

The website uses white space and subtle textures to keep the focus on the stunning interiors.

For the CGI imagery, I chose angles and furnishings that highlight the minimalist design and maximize the sense of space, drawing attention to key features like the soaking tub and the impressive sliding glass doors with views of Sarasota Bay.
