This luxury furniture retailer hired me to evolve and elevate their brand to resonate with even the most discerning customers. I built and led their creative team from the ground up, ensuring every detail reflected the brand's commitment to quality.

 

THE PROCESS

AuthenTEAK had big ambitions but needed help stepping into the e-commerce world. They had a brick-and-mortar presence but were stuck with outdated branding and no cohesive strategy. With just a single graphic designer on board, and no creative processes in place - they needed some help!

Building a creative team from scratch was a daunting ask, but I made it happen! I assembled a diverse and talented group of designers, copywriters, project managers, and UX researchers to curate a brand that would better showcase what AuthenTEAK had to offer.

With my curated crew on board, it was time to tear everything down to the studs and start over. We spent our time honing our customer profile, understanding our engagement data, and putting together what we thought our brand could be. So much mood boarding. So many war rooms. So much coffee. (If you’re picturing Charlie Day’s crazy board from Always Sunny, you’re not far off, but our team absolutely rocked it.)

When the dust settled, we unveiled a new AuthenTEAK; built on an aspirational aesthetic, and coupled with a friendly, conversational tone. Our new shopping experience felt as relaxing and welcoming as arriving at a five-star resort—never pushy, but helpful, curated and exclusive.
